PIFRA Registration Govt Employee

A project of Financial Reporting and Auditing (PIFRA) is an online salary slip registration program introduced by the Government of Pakistan to facilitate all government employees.

Any government employee can fill PIFRA registration form online and receive their salary slips via registered email. You can then download and print salary slips from your email.

How to do PIFRA Registration online?

There is two way to do registration with PIFRA. Either you can do online by filling the form with personal information and submit to the authority or you can download the form and submit it manually in your office.

Both methods are useful but it is recommended to do the registration online because you don’t need to visit the office and waste a lot of time.

Also, the online PIFRA registration is safe, convenient as well as secure. It’s absolutely free and takes very less time. You can complete the process within 5 to 10 minutes.

1. Go to the official Website by visiting www.pifra.gov.pk and it will redirect to a new address which is http://www.fabs.gov.pk 
2. Now from the top menu, click on “Services” and further click on “Online Salary Slip/Pension Slip”
3. If the above options do not work for you then you can directly visit Employee Salary Slip web page for registration
4. Here you will see the Registration form to Input Personnel Information.
5. Let’s start filling out the form

PIFRA Registration Form

1. Start filling out the PIFRA Registration Form by entering the Government Code according to your region. For example, Federal, F, and Punjab, P. All the codes are already mentioned on the registration form.
2. Next thing you need to provide Employee’s Personnel No that was given to you by the department.
3. After that, you need to enter your CINC or Old NIC number. (eg. 6110174310489)
4. In the Date of Birth field you need to enter your birth date without dashes eg. 30121970
5. Finally, you need to enter Cell No and submit the form.

Note: Yahoo Email users need to do registration again. Only Gmail users are allowed to fill out this form and make an account with PIFRA.

After submitting the form your registration is still incomplete and you need to follow a few more steps to complete it and verify that you are successfully registered.

• Once you submit the form after filling in the information you will see the message “Please Verify the provided information by clicking here”.
• Simply click on it if you provide the correct information. Now it will ask you to enter your email address.
• Remember you just need to provide the same email two times. One for validity and the other for confirmation. After that, press Enter from Keyboard because there is no submit button.
• After submitting the email address you will see a message called “Your Provided Information is Correct. Please click on Submit Button”
• Once you click on submit button your information will be forwarded and your registration will be completed.

Note: After completing the procedure of registration you have to wait for one to get your slip in your Email box.

PIFRA Registration Login

No matter what your designation is, you can apply for the salary of your choice by filling in a simple form. 

After approval of your PIFRA account, you can log in and get access to your salary slip.

You can download the slip every month and keep it as a record. 

The payslip is also emailed to you at the end of the month so you can log in to your Gmail account and go to your inbox to find the slip. If you have any issues you can check the spam folder as well.

You can download the registration form online by going to the official website. The downloaded form has all the fields that you find online. You need to provide personal and as well as govt details and submit them to your office.

However, this method is quite old now and you don’t need to use it. You can simply sit at home and do registration online.

PIFRA Salary Slip Registration

The Process of registration with PIFRA is easy and takes only a few minutes. You’ll have to provide some personal details to complete the registration process, such as:

1. Employee’s Complete Name (as written on CNIC)
2. National ID Card Number (as issued by Nadra)
3. Employee’s Date of Birth (as per written on CNIC)
4. Employee’s Personnel Number

The process of salary registration has been simplified for the common people. It is not as difficult as it looks. No matter you are a government employee or a private sector employee, you can register your salary with the Pifra.gov.pk website.

However, registration isn’t mandatory but it becomes important when you open a bank account because you need a salary slip for that purpose.

So PIFRA recommends every employee to make an account with their online portal at pifra.gov.pk so you can use the slip whenever needed.

How to Register Email in PIFRA

In order to register your email with PIFRA, first, you should create a Gmail account in your name. Once you have your email ready you can make an account with PIFRA. 

For registration emails in PIFRA require you to fill the form by providing your personal and Govt information. This form will send to the authority and after approval, you will be able to Sign.

FABS Pifra Registration

FABS (Financial Accounting & Budgeting System) is the main body that manages the Pifra registration. It is a World Bank-funded project for improving Financial Reporting and Auditing in Pakistan

The Director-General MIS/FABS works under the Controller General of Accounts (CGA) who is responsible for the smooth running of SAP-based FABS. It is integrated with FMIS (Financial Management Information System) run by government offices at the federal, provincial, and district levels.

PIFRA Registration Unsubscribe

Have you left your job from the government and have no more govt employees then you should want to unsubscribe from registration. If so then the PIFRA offers the facility for an employee to un-register themselves from the portal so they don’t get payroll anymore.

The procedure of unsubscribing is very easy and simple. All you need to send a simple email at unsubscribe@pifra.gov.pk and mention that you don’t need a payslip anymore. You simply need to write an email with your personal details including your email, name, etc.
